Circuit for time: 20 mins

•Dead Lifts – 4 @ 195lbs [w:4 @ 95lbs ]
•Push –Up – 10 reps
•Box Jumps- 10 reps (M: 24’ W: 18’)
•Wipers- 10 reps (each side)
•Hanging Leg Lifts – 10 reps

Coz,

Really, you all haven't posted anything since December? :lol: How am I supposed to lift more than my weight?

Still can't get this bikini body going. Need a good trainer but they keep leaving. :roll:
